I was recently in an auto accident involving six vehicles. My BMW was swiped on the passenger side, side view mirror was torn off with additional damage to the fender. Initially, I attempted to work with an auto collision shop associated with my BMW dealership however, they were less than cooperative with my insurance company, which was a bummer since the accident was not my fault.

I reluctantly went to BW Collison for my repairs. This was first time someone other than my dealership touched my vehicle (not to mention my very first and hopefully my last accident), and I couldn’t be more pleased. My journey with BW Collison began with them alleviating the stress of getting my vehicle from one repair shop to theirs. James did a great job with keeping the lines of communication open as they repaired my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle I was blown away! Not only did they do a stellar job with the repairs but they went above and beyond by buffing my headlight lamps! After I got my vehicle home, I noticed some scratches that were on the rear bumper that was done by the other repair shop, I immediately called James and he offered to get it buffed for me. I was absolutely grateful and glad I didn’t have to deal with the previous shop since it was not the greatest customer experience.

James and his staff were a delight to deal with. They were fast, efficient, and take great pride in their work. Very minor front bumper issue. Hyundai dealer insisted replacement at over $1200. Stopped by BW. Two nice fellas came out and the repair tech said it was an easy fix for no charge. Sure enough, bumper good as new about an hour later, at no charge. Repairman even refused a tip for his time. So I guess I’ve found the Unicorn of body shops- a place more interested in customer satisfaction (and cultivating my future business), instead of trying to rip people off in search of the almighty dollar. BW Collison Repair is a life saver! They literally brought the life back to my car TWICE!!! Ricky is outstanding as well as James, the office staff, and the repair guys. At the end of February, someone hit my parked car at work. It damaged my rear bumper. I waited until Spring Break (a couple weeks later) to get it fixed and BW did awesome work. I got my car back about 2 weeks later then I got hit from the back so hard that I hit the car in front of me. This happened literally within two weeks of getting my car back. Due to the extensive damage to my vehicle, it took a month to complete the work. The rear bumper they’d JUST fixed had to be fixed again, in addition to the trunk, lights, both quarter panels, front bumper and grille. Yikes! But they made my baby look like new! They are extremely polite and exhibit excellent customer service and care. As I type, I’m at BW again but not for repair – they are replacing my grille with a custom one I bought. I could not recommend them enough. They do such high quality work. If you choose BW, you can’t go wrong!

Brought my 1991 mustang in here multiple times and each time I’ve gotten great work and I couldn’t be more happy with what they did, there was even a miscommunication with a part that didn’t get fixed and I brought it back and they fixed it for free. My husbands 2009 Toyota Tundra was T boned on the drivers side and needed multiple repairs. We were unsure of all the damage at the time the other drivers insurance gave an estimate. We chose to take it to B & W Collision on a recommendation from our son. We were concerned about the estimate as until the bed of the truck was removed, it was uncertain if the frame was bent or what other damages may lie beneath the body. We were assured B & W would resolve the rest of the claim with the insurance company and not to worry. As they stated it was all worked out between them and the insurance company which was a huge relief to us. We’ve had repair work done with outstanding results before. Today I took a missing latch screw on my BMW to BW without notice, fully expecting to read a book and wait. They immediately assigned a tech to me who saw the problem we’d tried in vain to fix and knew how to solve. Recently had an accident which caused a pretty good amount of damage to my vehicle. I am new to the area so didn’t have much to go off of except location and Google reviews. Because my car was barely drivable I didn’t want to go too far with it for fear of causing more damage. I haven’t been in an accident like this before and the body shop was extremely accommodating letting me take it to their shop without charging storage until the adjuster was able to come out and inspect it. The repairs were completed a day before they said it would be and they even came and picked me up from the nearby rental location. When I got to the shop he made sure I was satisfied with the repairs prior to asking me to pay my deductible. The repairs were beautiful and I couldn’t tell a difference from before the accident. I will say the location is a little weird as it kinda looks like it’s in a weird neighborhood but I would not let that deter you from getting your car repaired here because I was extremely happy with the experience.

WOW!!! I was absolutely blown away by the service I received. I just picked up my car this morning and had such a fantastic experience I wanted to give a review.

Vehicle drop off – Upon walking in the door I was greeted immediately, and then by several others who walked by. They explained everything that would be happening to my vehicle and were very clear on expectations. I had arranged for enterprise to pick me up, but we finished a bit before my scheduled pickup time, so they called Enterprise and took me there instead.

I received an update on progress, they answered my questions and they called when it was done….they took care of EVERYTHING. They offered to come get me from the rental car place to minimize wait time on my pick up day as well.

Pick up – I was greeted again by several folks and they went to get my car right away. Did I mention that my car looked great? They even washed it for me! Are you serious?!?!?! I live 40 minutes away but they have made a life long customer here.

I totally recommend this place! My car’s bumper was all messed up after an accident. I couldnt drop it off on a Monday but they offered If I wanted, I can drop it off on a Saturday…so, they can start working on it on Monday and to my surprise it was done by Tuesday morning. They are the most friendly people out there…when I came to pick up the vehicle, I was greeted by a friendly staff that even offered us water. They detailed my car as a thank you for being their customer and even had the car running for me since it was hot outside. Their manager even helped me out with my daughter’s carseat since I was having a rough time. I definitely recommend this location. ❤

Dropped off my 2018 Honda Civic with rear door and quarter panel damage from parking lot accident. Picked it up today and BW Collision perfectly color matched my color and the door seam is aligned perfectly, you cannot tell it was in an accident. I took my Jeep in to repair a dent and paint crack in the rear passenger door. The shop was very easy to work with and quick to get me in. Repairs were done very quickly and the outside of my Jeep looks like brand new again. They took me to and from the rental car shop which was very nice. Only complaint is when I got my Jeep back, all my windows had streaks/spots on them on the inside. The shop reached out to me asking to fix this, so I took my Jeep back and they made my windows spotless. It is obvious they care about providing quality work, and were very pleasant from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I took my Jeep in to repair a dent and paint crack in the rear passenger door. The shop was very easy to work with and quick to get me in. Repairs were done very quickly and the outside of my Jeep looks like brand new again. They took me to and from the rental car shop which was very nice. Only complaint is when I got my Jeep back, all my windows had streaks/spots on them on the inside. The shop reached out to me asking to fix this, so I took my Jeep back and they made my windows spotless. It is obvious they care about providing quality work, and were very pleasant from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone!
